important information about the past and future of nuclear
weapons. Nuclear weapons must be controlled because the reality
that creates them, human intelligence is too widely disbursed to
allow the contest to continue indefinitely. The final result of the
American ambition to control a monopoly on nuclear weaponry will be
a world where the nuclear threat will be more dangerous and
